This is our standard service where a client will be charged on an hourly basis.
Charges
1- During normal office hours (10am - 6pm Monday to Friday)
Planet Solutions will charge £60 per hour for an engineer's time.
2- Outside regular office hours:
- Charges for non-Planet Solutions account holders:
Our charge for an engineer's time will be double the above - ie £120 per hour.
The first hour will be £120, any other hours we will charge £90.
None of our prices include VAT & CARRIAGE and may change without notice
Policies
- Planet Solutions assumes no responsibility for any incidental,
consequential, or other damage arising from a hardware or software
failure during or after our services
- The cost of any parts which may be needed to repair the equipment are additional and not included in the service charge
- No callout charge for clients in the following post code districts:
- W3, W4, W5, W12, TW7 or TW8.
- Callout charges will apply for any area not included in the above
for which special arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
- Regular callout charge is £60 when applies.
- This package would cover all the systems which are included in the contract list of equipment.
- All prices exclude VAT and are subject to change without notice
