Gold Support Package at planet solutions

Planet Solutions offer their clients the following options for purchasing support hours in advance with service priority.  These Packages are designed to deliver the right level of support, at the right place, to meet your specific needs.

Package Features

  • Priority Technical support is provided by telephone, remote access (online support) and/or onsite support
  • First we will respond by online support within 1 day and when it is required we will set up an onsite support visit within 2 working days
  • During the period of the package you may report any problem, using the hours you have, whenever you need to
  • Free phone and email support
  • No callout charge (Please refer to policies section)
  • For onsite visits the minimum charge will be one hour per call.

•    Subscribers can convert "Onsite Hours" to "Remote Hours" at a ratio of 1 Onsite Hour: 2 Remote Hours
•    Hours can  be topped up whenever needed
•    Payment to be made in advance
•    Remote support charges on half an hour base
•    Onsite support charges on hourly base

Policies

  • Planet Solutions assumes no responsibility for any incidental, consequential, or other damage arising from a hardware or software failure during or after our services.
  • The cost of any parts which may be needed to repair the equipment are additional and not included in the service charge.
  • No callout charge for clients in M25.
  • Callout charges will apply for any area not included in the M25 for which special arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
