Flat Rate Package Support at Planet Solutions

Flat rate support

This package charges for our services at a flat rate up to half a day regardless of the number of hours which need to be spent at the client's site. It comprises system(s) set-up and/or troubleshooting. This package is recommended for more then two hours onsite visit.

Full computer system diagnosis, troubleshooting, and setup including broadband connection, wireless solutions, communication between computer systems and peripherals (printer, scanner, camera, and other peripherals) Full computer system diagnosis, troubleshooting and setup (including networking, broadband connection, connections between server(s) and workstation(s), file sharing, printer sharing, file server, mail server, network security)

Onsite hourly based support

This is recommended up to two hours onsite support, where the client will be charged on  standard  hourly basis.

Policies

  • Planet Solutions assumes no responsibility for any incidental, consequential, or other damage arising from a hardware or software failure during or after our services.
  • The cost of any parts which may be needed to repair the equipment are additional and not included in the service charge.
  • No callout charges for clients in M25.
  • Callout charges will apply for any area not included in the M25 for which special arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT and subject to change without any further notice.
